I have lived at 2 other apartment complexes in Wilmington, and Kristin and Sarah have made my time living at Valley Run so much easier than at any other rental properties in the area. I lived in a two-bedroom townhome, which was very spacious for the cost. I loved that my unit had an open kitchen living room concept with an island with a marble countertop . The location of Valley Run is nice and quiet, and I could park right in front of my unit most of the time. Any maintenance issues I had were addressed within a day or two, and all of my requests were minimal. Maintenance and the leasing office were always very respectful careful of my pets when entering my unit for maintenance inspections, which I really appreciated. I would recommend living at Valley Run.
