Upon a lease agreement, we require (and terms) a $200.00 amenity fee, $35/per person application fee, $40.00 month per pet fee and one time pet fee $350.00. Resident secures all utilities. Leaky washer, wobbly toilet, and a few others were our main concerns. The staff and maintenance did replace fix all of our issues within 2 days of our initial complaint. Other than that it’s nice, very quiet and close to downtown Towson.
