|Recommended: YesI absolutely recommend moving here — My experience at Winchester Walk- Rosevelt has been great. Erica was SO nice when she gave me a tour of potential floor plans that I would want. She listened to what I was looking for, and took her time explaining the different options. That alone made me feel comfortable choosing to move here. Since I’ve been a tenant, my experience has been great. I had minor maintenance issues, and the responsiveness turn around time was quick. Management also does a really good job keeping the grounds pretty clean, despite the wind blowing trash from the dumpsters around every now and then. Overall, I plan to remain here for a while because it’s comfortable, easy, and a good community

Complete with convenient amenities like working washer and dryers, the complex lends a relatively safe and comfortable lifestyle. Daily upkeep of the grounds add to the appeal. It has a clean and tranquil environment for residents seeking comfort and affordability in their living space.
|Recommended: YesWinchester Walk Roosevelt Blvd — Erica is very nice, knowledgeable property manager and makes sure maintenance requests are addressed done quickly. The complex is very quiet and neighborhood friendly.
