|Recommended: YesFinally at home. — No complaints, the discount was very nice as my income isn't the best, the apartment is clean and has no issues at the time of moving in, I'm very happy with the services given and offered as well.
|Recommended: YesSomething different — Management was helpful with getting me a place. There are some things I’d hope they improve more so on are the cleanliness of the units especially for those moving in and making sure that all a c or appliances are in working standards and keeping the manuals for the appliances so new residents know how to use them. The two in one washer dryer combo is great but I need to figure it out to have things done in less than 4hrs for one load. Overall definitely a starter place for anyone trying to establish their credit again or for the first time and they are very helpful with everything even have a program for those with bad credit.

|Recommended: YesPlace of peace — I was in search of a new home and this was my first choice. When I met Simmone she was so sweet and kind and helpful. She helped me get into my desired home with patience and grace. I was very glad to have her as my leasing agent because my income was sufficient but my credit score was just meeting standards so I needed a cosigner. She was amazing throughout the entire process and helped me find my place of peace. Thank you again, plus the specials they offered were incomparable and my move in was seemless

|Recommended: YesChilled neighborhood — I moved in about a week ago and I haven’t had any problems with the home or the complex. Everyone that I have encountered so far has been very positive and friendly. The children around here very friendly and respectful. The parking is far around here.
