They work with people who have low credit, and need financial assistance. I have a townhome with neighbors on both sides, who I can not hear through the walls like most places. The court yard could be cleaner but there are a lot of children who throw their trash around no big deal kids will be kids. Maintenance is very kind and on top of things All new carpet and paint when I moved in. They even offer weekly pest control if needed.
