|Recommended: YesFor Gumba and Michele — every since Michele office manager has been manager of the complex, she has been nothing short of amazing, her wonderful staff of maintenance is A1. is always there willing to be there for the need of the tenants.
|Recommended: YesLove it — I just recently moved in and the process was seamless and so simple. I’ve had no issues. The Staff are super friendly. Once I completed the walk through and let them know what needed maintenance, it was all fixed within my first week living here.
|Recommended: YesMaintenance — Joe has been amazing I’m still just in my honeymoon phase lol with just 11 days since moving in he has been just a request away I walked into my apartment not knowing what 2 expect I fell in love his timing couldn’t be better anything I have needed he been there to fix check etc…. I just appreciate ppl who does their job and love what they do .
|Recommended: YesSO far SO good — I honestly have zero complaints so far, I moved in on 9 13 25 everything went smoothly. I had to contact maintenance they responded quickly, it was just a missing blind in one of the bedrooms. the apartments are very clean, and quiet, I love the shaded balcony area, the playground for when my grand-daughter visits and how convenient the apartment is to everything, including WaWa, McDonalds and shopping and groceries. Literally everything in walking distance, and only a 20 min drive to my job. So far, my experience has been very pleasant. The leasing agent Michelle was a pleasure to work with she helped me out tremendously. Thanks for everything.
|Recommended: YesMaintenance — Joe from Maintenance provided excellent service. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. I was particularly impressed with Joe knowledge and helpfulness. I am a new tenant here and I am very pleased with this service
|Recommended: YesDecent Apartments for the price — These apartments are relatively affordable for how expensive rentals are now. The leasing manager was amazing to work with she helped me out a ton and was very kind, and fair. The maintenance staff was helpful and friendly. So far it is very quiet in the unit, I really do not hear anyone, I am on the bottom level. The only things I wish they had was a dishwasher and a microwave. The washer dryer combo is a pain to use but still nice to have.

|Recommended: YesJust moved in — I love the maintenance guy. He’s amazing. Fixed my problem on the spot. Leasing office staff is friendly and helpful. The actual grounds cleanliness could be a little better but it’s not horrible. Overall I would recommend someone to live here.
